Building Inspection Reports

Purchasing a new home or investment property is an essential investment. With over 20 years of experience in the building sector we know a defect when we see one. We will review all plans, land information memorandum reports with territorial reports and carry out pre-purchase building inspections. We will provide you with a summarised report based on visual and non-invasive inspection.

The report will include exterior and interior building status, roof inspection, joinery inspection, moisture testing, sub-floor space inspection and roof cavity inspection. Our clients also use our services for verbal advise on quick purchases. Upon request, we also provide associated estimates for any remedial work that needs to be done on the property.
