CONSTRUCTION

We specialise in new residential and semi-commercial builds. Our scope of building work extends to all of Auckland. We hold an excellent reputation with all territorial and regulatory bodies because of our clean building record.

LEAKY HOMES

We specialise in fixing leaky homes. Fixing a leaky home can be a lengthy and tiring process for homeowners and our team of experts will carefully guide you through the whole journey with the right advice and on all costs involved.

FLOORING & TILING

The choice of material for floor covering is affected by factors such as cost, endurance, noise insulation, comfort, and cleaning effort. Our team will provide high-quality finish work using timber, carpet, laminate, vinyl, tile and wood flooring.

NU WALL CLADDING

Our team specialises in the installation of the Nu-Wall Cladding systems. Our team has completed Nu-Wall cladding work for many builds in New Zealand.

SEISMIC (EARTHQUAKE) STRENGTHENING

Our team specialises in seismic strengthening work under strict compliance. We work with engineers and other specialists to rebuild damaged building to approved standards.

BUILDING INSPECTION REPORTS

With over 20 years of experience in the building sector, we will review all plans, land information memorandum reports with territorial reports to carry out pre-purchase building inspections.
