Leaky homes present high structural risks. Water ingress on this Ashby Ave property caused extensive damage to the original timber framing. We fully shrink-wrapped the site to protect the house from the weather during the rebuild. Our team stripped the exterior back to the studs, removed the damaged timber, and constructed new framing to meet current NZ Building Standards. For the new exterior, we installed Nuwall aluminium cladding across the entire house. This system guarantees a weathertight seal while delivering a sharp dark profile. The dark exterior contrasts well with the new blue entry door and glass balcony balustrades.
